A Few Thoughtful Details

  • Founding contributions become prepaid dining credit, including the added value shown. They do not buy equity, ownership or a financial return.
  • Sales tax, gratuities and alcoholic beverages are not covered by dining credit unless an offering says otherwise.
  • Wine dinners, cigar nights, cooking classes and private events may carry their own admission.
  • Guest cards carry their own reservation and invitation privileges but do not share the primary card's dining balance.
  • Walk-ins for eligible Black and Platinum cardholders are considered only when seats are available within our sixteen-seat capacity. No card guarantees a table or displaces a confirmed reservation.
  • On selected, pre-announced holidays and special occasions, up to 50% of eligible food charges may be paid with dining credit. Tax, gratuity and alcohol remain separate unless expressly included.
  • Silver and Gold birthday and anniversary bookings run from seven days before to seven days after the date.

Every invitation and reservation remains subject to seating and event availability.
